Pricing FAQ
Things buyers ask us.
Do paid tiers come with a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Starter, Team and Pro. No card required. We do not auto-charge at trial end.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
What payment methods?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Bank transfer is available on Team and Pro for annual plans. Enterprise customers invoice via PO.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free. We add the discount automatically when you choose annual at checkout.
What counts as a "user"?
Any seat that can log in. Read-only viewers, donors and external partners cost half a seat. Bots and integrations do not count against your user cap.
What if I outgrow Pro?
Talk to us. Most teams that hit 100 users want a dedicated instance for compliance reasons anyway, so the conversation usually becomes about Enterprise terms rather than seat counts.
Refund policy?
Cancel any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days; after that we credit the unused portion against future invoices.
